The terms of service are a legal agreement between you and Kurios regarding your use of the Kurios website, content, and documentation (the "Software"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

All audio data recorded using Kurios is available to the public. While only people in possesion of tagged objects can scan them, it is possible to access the audio recordings without the associated object. Audio recordings are not private. Further, each story is displayed with the given/first name of the user who recorded it.

By using Kurios you grant Kurios, Matthew Mosher, their affiliates and partners (herinafter collectively referred to as "Kurios") irrevocable, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty free, unrestricted worldwide rights to publish and distribute your recordings for commercial and promotional purposes. The recordings may be reproduced, cropped, or edited and presented in any media now known or hereafter to become known, including, but not limited to, print and all formats of electronic media. By using Kurios you further agee that all of your recodings are your own orginal content and to not include other copyrighted material, such as prerecorded music.

Kurios is provided on an 'as is' basis in public beta. No warranty, either expressed or implied, is given. Your use of this software and website is at your own risk. Kurios does not warrant that: the Software will meet your specific requirements; the Software is fully compatible with any particular platform; your use of the Software will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; the results that may be obtained from the use of the Software will be accurate or reliable; the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Software will meet your expectations; or any errors in the Software will be corrected.

You expressly understand and agree that Kurios shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses related to the software.

Kurios reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Software (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Kurios shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Software.
